Please notice that all made-to-order PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Please contact us if you have received a defective item and we will gladly replace it.

If you reconsider about the products you have purchased from us or purchase our products by accidents, we can refund the purchase price under following conditions:

- Contacting us via Email

- Requesting within 24 hours of purchase

- Being charged $2 of processing cost. The return fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then up to 2- 8 business days for your credit card or original payment method to process it on their end. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
